During a press conference hosted to launch the EU Green Days, the Ambassador of Sweden to Thailand, representing the Presidency of the EU, explained that the EU has committed to lower emissions by 20 per cent by 2020. This commitment could be enlarged to a 30 per cent reduction in the context of a global deal where other countries agree to far reaching commitments.
